small room size limited natural light
The metro access was convenient and across the street from the hotel.
The room size was quite small it felt a bit cramped. Limited natural light came into the room and this. The rooftop bar was noisy late into the night and this disturbed my sleep.

I found the staff helpful and polite. The location is convenient, close to many restaurants and shops. I liked the room decor. It felt very unique and modern. The shower was AMAZING!!!

small room shower problem
the location was good, very close to most sites.
The room was small. there was barely space. the bathroom shower door did not close fully. Water went everywhere. also, there was no hot water on the last day. i'm very disappointed.

easy access public transport
the staff was helpful with directions. the location had easy access to public transport and attractions. candies as welcome treat was kind. the location being close to the center made it convenient.

the rooftop bar is lovely, but it opened late. breakfast is available until 12:00, this is very convenient. a restaurant provided creative and delicious tapas and i throughly enjoyed them.

breakfast had lot of choices and it was every good. the breakfast room was in basement and very dark, i didn't like that. staff in restaurant are amazing, i really appreciate them.

the room was clean and cleaned everyday. the shower was wonderful and hot. the room i booked faced inside, i found this very quite, this was very important for resting well.
